Hello & THANK YOU so much for trusting us with your order!!! Here are the steps to order your own custom mold:
💜Please understand that you must first purchase the design proof first before placing the this order. Proof will be provided to your email (please provide an email) within 3-4 business days.
If you purchase WITHOUTpurchasing the proof first and do not like the custom that is sent to you there will beNO refundon your custom order. If you do not like your proof you will not be refunded the proof cost. 💜
You will get the silicone freshie mold for the price of $18. If you want more then one silicone freshie mold of the same design then they are $15 for each additional as long as they are in the SAME ORDER AND THE SAME DESIGN (1-$18, 2-$33). All molds are made from high quality heat resistant silicone and are not intended for food.
I will keep the housing and have rights to pour future molds and sell online unless they are specific to your request (ie: have your logo, name, etc.) but those housings will stay in house for any future orders you may want.
TAT is 10-14 business days although I normally ship a lot sooner than that.
There are NO refunds or returns on customs/special request.
